SAHELI GROUP OF EXHIBITORS

We are a group of likeminded ladies who organize exhibitions of ladies at various places. Presently we are active in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We keep announcing our exhibitions from time to time and encourage small business holders to market their products in good localities to generate good funds. Our motive is to help small business owners grow and to help the needy people become self sufficient in the most respectable manner.

The tables of our exhibitions are always very reasonably priced so that the small business owners can afford the table cost and make good profit in the three day week ender exhibitions where they display their stuff. Even many housewives who have seen other housewives make different food items and selling in our exhibitions, have started following them and are participating in our exhibitions to sell various handicrafts and food items made by them.

We also propose to make uniform table covers for all stall holders with the product details of each seller properly displayed on each table, so that the visiters can know about the product from distance as well.

Knitting is an art that is known to many ladies, they prepare their items like baby sweter sets, table cloths, bags and so on and sell these goods in our exhibitions. Similarly, there are many unique food items that are durable, but not available in market, because there are very few ladies who can make them. Such unique delicacies are available here in our exhibitions, as many ladies prepare these items and sell these home made items.

For doing social service, generally we do not take donations from people or keep calling people for donations as many NGOs do, because we believe in making the needy people financially independent. Of course, we do have some projects where we will be needing funds to relocate the needy helpless women and make them self sufficient by giving them some business activity so that they can earn and be on their own.
